Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be passionate about maintaining financial accuracy and integrity. Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards and regulations.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Supporting the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Analyzing financial data and providing insights to management.
• Assisting with audits and tax preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional Details

Max Pay: $28.00 per hour

Min Pay: $26.00 per hour
